Unlike classic peppers, Kampot Peppers are particularly fragrant, with lemony notes, which makes them unique. Kampot peppers come from a specific region of Cambodia,  who certify them a label that cannot be marketed  than under the name of Kampot. Kampot pepper producers are certified and labeled by the local government and meet  standards specific to  this production.

Kampot White Pepper is harvested  when ripe, then cleaned  of its black envelope. This procedure is repeated twice, taking into account the humidity levels  before and after, to ensure quality  of pepper, an exceptional freshness and texture.

Use : fresh fish, white meat, fresh vegetables, also in the traditional Cambodian dish "Amok fish" with lemongrass, coconut and tumeric.

  • Our products are  100% natural and harvested in the traditional way. It is therefore normal that our peppers and spices are not all calibrated in size and color. These imperfections  are due to  natural factors such as variations in sun or rain during the season. Our products are not chemically treated. 

  • Our products are packaged away from light and at the ideal temperature for their conservation. We therefore favor sending by mail  fast  to limit transport time. We thank you for respecting the conservation advice for a better use of our products.
