Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Fennel Seeds, Lemon, Mint, Pepper, Salt, Rosemary, Thyme
Aroma: Fresh herbs, Lemon
Use: Marinate the meat with a little olive oil and the spice mix and leave to rest for 2 hours in the fridge, before grilling on the barbecue.
