Imported fresh each season, this black cardamom explodes in the mouth. Ideal  to enhance Indian, Vietnamese or Chinese dishes. Black cardamom is mainly used in meat stews, broths or soups.


Proportion : 1 cardamom for 4 people (or more if you like the flavor)


Aroma : Smoke, Camphor, Nutmeg, Pepper


Use : at  infuse whole to flavor a stew or Vietnamese pho


Origin : East Himalayas, India

Black Cardamom

  • Our products are  100% natural and harvested in the traditional way. It is therefore normal that our peppers and spices are not all calibrated in size and color. These imperfections  are due to  natural factors such as variations in sun or rain during the season. Our products are not chemically treated.
