The famous Five Spices blend with a superior quality of each of the ingredients that compose it, in order to  offer you a powerful and fragrant blend!
 This mixture is used mainly in Chinese cuisine for a large majority of  dishes. Each province, each family has its own mix, so there is no "standard" recipe. For example in Sichuan province, some people prefer to add Sichuan pepper rather than fennel seeds.
 
 Proportion : 0.5g / person
 
 Ingredients : Star anise, Cinnamon cassia, Cloves, Fennel seeds, Powdered ginger
 
 Use : add the Cinq Epices mixture to your broths or sauces and let simmer. We also recommend to sprinkle your dishes with the mixture and  an ounce of salt for a light flavor.
