Madras curry is our sweetest curry blend! It is also the most popular outside of India. This blend contains all those subtle notes of cardamom, turmeric ginger, fennel, which are often masked by the chili in other more potent curries.
Ingredients : Cardamom, Pepper, Cinnamon Cassia, Coriander, Cumin, Curry Leaves, Fennel, Fenugreek, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Pepper, Turmeric, Salt (5%)
Use : our sweetest curry. Brown 2 teaspoons of Madras curry with minced garlic and ginger and a large diced tomato. This preparation serves as the basis for your curry, you just need to add your ingredients (meat, fish or vegetables) to finish cooking your curry. Add 100ml of cream at the end of cooking for a soft and creamy curry.
Our products are 100% natural and harvested in the traditional way. It is therefore normal that our peppers and spices are not all calibrated in size and color. These imperfections are due to natural factors such as variations in sun or rain during the season. Our products are not chemically treated.
