Dukkah is a mixture of spices coarsely mixed to keep a crunchy texture and very aromatic when tasted raw. We can use it to make meat in crust dukkah (ideal with lamb, but also goes well with other meats). We love it in dips! (see the key that kills!)
The Pistachio Dukkah is more "chic" because it is mixed with pistachios of excellent quality and therefore has a much more pronounced taste than the Hazelnut Dukkah.
The key that kills : in dips at the aperitif, we dip small pieces of bread ciabatta type in a little olive oil then in the Dukkah Pistachio mixture, magnificent!
Ingredients : Coriander, Cumin, Pistachio, Pepper, Salt, Sesame seeds
Use : mix the Dukkah Pistachio with a little olive oil to make a crust with your pieces of meat or Kefta-style meatballs, then grill in a pan.
Our products are 100% natural and harvested in the traditional way. It is therefore normal that our peppers and spices are not all calibrated in size and color. These imperfections are due to natural factors such as variations in sun or rain during the season. Our products are not chemically treated.
