Mix the spices with a little oil then brush your chicken or chicken pieces before baking in the oven.
Ingredients: Dried Basil, Chilli, Cloves, Garlic, Onion, Oregano, Paprika, Malabar Black Pepper, Rosemary, Salt, Tarragon, Thyme.
Use: Mix the spices with a little neutral oil to evenly coat your roast chicken in the oven.
Trick: an oven-roasted chicken is cooked with the breasts at the bottom, so that the breasts remain in the juice and do not dry out. Turn it over at the end of cooking to brown the skin.
