Gyros is the street-food dish that can be found everywhere in Greece: a sandwich in a pita bread, with grilled meat  spicy  (either chicken or lamb traditionally) a nice dose of tzatziki and raw vegetables. This Greek Gyros mix will make you travel and can accommodate any type of grilled meat on the barbecue.
 Greece is a spice-consuming country: originally Greek ports were one of the entry points for the spice trade, ships laden with wonderful berries and peppers, coming and going from Asia or 'Africa. Greece has therefore kept a number of spices to enrich its cuisine: cumin, paprika, oregano, thyme are the main spices used daily in Greek preparations.

 Use : Coat your meats with this mixture before cooking on the barbecue, can also be used to accommodate meatballs to grill
