This new kid on the block has become our go-to for making a rib dish like a pro! Obviously, it's better if you don't do it at the last minute:
1. Coat the meat with the marinade the day before, or at least 1 hour before cooking.
2. Then put in the oven for 3 hours at 140°C, covered with aluminum foil in slow cooking.
3. Finish cooking for 10 minutes in grill mode at 200°C, removing the aluminum foil to obtain a nice crust on the ribs.
This mixture will caramelize the meat with aromas of garlic, cumin and pepper for successful American-style ribs! Easy-peasy!
Ingredients: Sugar, Garlic granules, Paprika, Chilli, Pepper, Oregano, Cumin, Amchur, Turmeric
Use: For 4 people (1.5kg of spare ribs), mix 30g or 3 tbsp. a tablespoon mix with olive oil and salt, then brush your ribs. Leave to rest for 1 night in the fridge before cooking for 3 hours, covered, at 140°C. Uncover and grill for 10 minutes at 200°C before serving.
For the curious: in the list of ingredients we find amchur, but what is it ? This is dried green mango powder which brings a tangy side, super addictive!
