Jamaican pepper, also called  Allspice, is an essential ingredient in the cuisine of the Caribbean, but also of the Middle East. The seeds are generally used in a simmered dish  or curry, leaving to infuse during cooking, but they can also be ground to sprinkle a preparation or in a dough.  cake for her side  cinnamon / nutmeg.

Use : infuse the whole seeds in a simmered dish, curry or rice, then remove before serving. Goes perfectly with white meat (chicken), sweet vegetables (carrots, squash), and even ground for spice cakes.

These imperfections  are due to  natural factors such as variations in sun or rain during the season. Our products are not chemically treated.
