This organic black pepper, also known as Tellicherry Pepper, comes from the Malabar (or Kerala) region of India. There is a premium quality standard of black pepper called TGSEB depending on size and potency. Our pepper is marked TGSEB Special because it surpasses this already premium quality, with grains of an exceptional size and a woody fragrance. The beans have a density of around 580+ grams / liter (normally 620 + g), which means our Organic Malabar Black Pepper locks in the strongest aromas in each of its beans.
