This luxury pepper has gained a lot of popularity in gastronomic circles, and we have managed to find production directly from Cambodia. Kampot peppers come from a specific region of Cambodia, who certify them a label that cannot be marketed than under the name of Kampot. Kampot pepper producers are certified and labeled by the local government and meet standards specific to this production.
This pepper carries delicate notes of citrus, mint and chilli flavor, which makes it quite unique. Kampot Red Peppercorns are grains harvested before reaching full maturity and therefore offer more nuances of flavor.
