You will be surprised by this  Timut pepper which has an aroma similar to  grapefruit. Its particular taste is ideal combined with fish, and it is super trendy among Chefs in desserts, especially in chocolate desserts. In Nepal, Timut pepper is used in popular potato and tomato dishes.  

Timut pepper comes from the Zantholxilum Alatum plant, from which products that relieve dental pain are extracted.
