Voatsiperifery pepper, a rare pepper harvested in Madagascar, has woody and floral flavors. The seeds of this pepper are small, but won't let you  not deceive by its small size because it has a particularly powerful aroma that goes perfectly with red meats. Our favorite pepper, discovered on site in Tana, over 10 years ago. 
 Put it in your mill in place of your classic pepper if you want to scotch your guests!
